Alright, so I’ve been eyeballin’ those fancy green Rolex Submariner watches for a while now. They’re sharp, no doubt, but way out of my league, price-wise. Then I got to thinkin’, I bet there are some good lookin’ knockoffs out there. So, I started pokin’ around, you know, seein’ what’s what. Turns out, there’s a whole world of these high imitation Rolex Submariner watches, especially the green ones, the “Hulk” they call ’em. These specialty stores, they’re like mushrooms after the rain, poppin’ up everywhere. Some folks even hawk ’em online, I hear.
Decisions, Decisions
After diggin’ around a bit, I decided to go for it. Why not, right? I chose the green Submariner, obviously. I mean, if you’re gonna go fake, might as well go for the one that catches the eye. It wasn’t super cheap, mind you, but it was way cheaper than an actual Rolex. I mean, we’re talkin’ a fraction of the price. Now, I ain’t made of money, so this was a big deal for me.
The Waiting Game
Once I placed my order, the wait began. It felt like forever, let me tell you. Every day I’d check the mail, hopin’ to see that package. Finally, it arrived. I ripped that thing open like a kid on Christmas morning. And there it was, my very own high imitation green Submariner.
First Impressions
Man, it looked good. I mean, really good. Side by side with a real one, I bet most folks couldn’t tell the difference. The weight, the feel, the look – it was all there. I slapped that bad boy on my wrist and, I gotta say, I felt like a million bucks. Even though it is called a Rolex Submariner and the green one.
The Verdict
- Is it a real Rolex? Nope.
- Does it look like one? You bet.
- Am I happy with it? Absolutely.
Now, I know some of you out there are probably turnin’ your noses up at the thought of a fake watch. And that’s fine. To each their own. But for me, this was a way to get the look I wanted without breakin’ the bank. And let me tell you, I’ve been wearin’ this thing for a while now, and I still get a kick out of it every time I look down at my wrist. I heard that these green Submariners are among the most exclusive Rolex sports models, with production numbers significantly lower than their black counterparts and demand consistently exceeding availability.
I even heard that the Rolex Hulk Submariner 116610 LV was discontinued in 2020, when it was replaced by the 126610 LV “Starbucks.” But hey, that’s just me. If you got the money to spend, and you want a real Rolex, then go for it. Just be careful, there are a lot of fakes out there. But if you’re like me, and you just want somethin’ that looks good and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, then maybe one of these high imitation green Submariners is the way to go. So, if you’re thinkin’ about gettin’ one of these fancy green watches, just do your homework, find a reputable seller, and enjoy!
